SHOCKING ANSWER.
The claims of the Roman Catholic
Church are a historical fraud. Jesus had absolutely
nothing to do
with the formation of the papacy or any doctrine or practice
of the Catholic Church.
The Catholic church teaches these things:
There is one universal church of the faithful, and outside
the Catholic system no one at all is saved.
In the Catholic system, Jesus Christ is a continual VICTIM,
whose body and blood are said to be truly contained in the sacrament of the altar under the species of bread and wine.
The bread is "transubstantiated" into the body of Christ, and the wine is "transubstantiated" into the blood of Christ.
Baptism in water, alone (without faith) is considered to
be enough to
invoke salvation.
But if a person should die, not making satisfactory "worthy
fruits", the soul falls into pergatory, for an indefinate period of punishment.
This period of punishment is claimed to be lessened, if
the living faithful give alms (money) and have enough masses said.

To sum up the doctrines of how a
person can obtain eternal salvation,
according the RC teaching:
1. You must be a member of the system and be baptised
in water (by
sprinkling)
2. You must confess your sins to a Roman Catholic priest and do a penance
of recited prayers that he gives you. This penance consists of chanting repetitious prayers to Mary
and counting them on a rosary.
3. Without the celebration of Mass and Eucharist,
the "re-Crucifixion" of Jesus Christ, there could be no atonement for sins recently committed.
4. After saying all your required prayers, doing
self-denial, and
going to Mass, and praying to saints, There is still
no guarantee that your sins are atoned for, and no promise that you will escape Hell.
How is the True Gospel Different?
The Bible Says:
Ephesians 2:8,9: For by grace are you saved,
through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast.
Titus 3:5-7 Not by works of Righteousness which we
have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which
He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according
to the hope of eternal life.
Is it any wonder that the Lord's free gift of Salvation
is called the
"Good News"?
The Lord Jesus clearly warns us in His Holy Word of false
shepherds who will lead many astray.
The worship of Mary and the saints is cleverly done with demonic
purpose in mind: to get your eyes off
Jesus as the ONLY MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MEN, AND
THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN.
John 14:6 Jesus said, I AM THE
WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE.
NO MAN COMES UNTO THE FATHER, BUT BY ME.
This scripture verse lets us know, in no uncertain terms,
that JESUS ALONE, is the way of salvation.
Nowhere in the Holy Word of God can even a single scripture
be found, that says Mary, or the Roman Catholic system, or any of her pagan rituals, can be a source of salvation.
JESUS, AND JESUS CHRIST ALONE, IS THE ONLY WAY OF SALVATION
Mary herself confessed her own need for a Saviour, in Luke
1:47. Mary said,
"My spirit has rejoiced in God my Saviour."
Contrary to the
Roman Catholic system's teaching that
God is a God of wrath, ready to punish or strike you dead at any turn, we find out through His Holy Word:
Romans 5:8 That God commendeth His love for
us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Even after persecuting Christians, Apostle Paul
was assured of God's total forgiveness and love.
Titus 3:57 Not by works of Righteousness,

If you have to spend your days chanting repetitions prayers
to "saints" instead of talking face to face with Almighty God---and have nothing more to look forward to than an indefinate
time in "pergatory"---What Kind of
"GOOD NEWS" is that?
